Ideal for athletes, wellness-driven individuals, and those on structured weight or training programmes. This is a fasting test and requires several hours of fasting (4 hours) to ensure we measure your metabolism in its true resting state, unaffected by recent food or drink. This test is conducted on a treadmill; we recommend coming in sportswear and running shoes, and shower facilities are available for you to freshen up after the test. Results will be reviewed by a Physical Trainer to design tailored fitness plan.
